This poem is for our very special nanny, who we loved with all our hearts and will be very sadly missed.... We wanted to take this chance to say, How much we loved you so, And how very sad that we all are, That now you've had to go. The days we spent together with you, Were always filled with fun. cooking, dancing, singing, painting, Splashing in the sun. When weekends came, we'd sleep at yours, You'd tuck us up at night. But mostly we'd get in with you, You'd smile and say alright. You'd buy us lots of lovely gifts, Each time you came around. Sweeties, clothes or dvds Or something nice you'd found. Since you have been gone, We've all been really sad, But you can rest in peace now nanny, We'll help take care of grandad. Now you've spread your wings and flown, The sky is where you are, We'll always love and miss you nanny You're now our shinning star. We'll never forget you or the kind things you done for us.
